Vendor Verification

We review partner details before confirming a package with a customer. This may include business identity, destination coverage, service history, contact details, and fulfilment capacity.

A vendor being listed or contacted through the platform does not remove the need for final confirmation. Customers should approve the final package details before making any payment.

If a customer reports a serious service issue, we review the partner record and may pause or remove the vendor from future recommendations.
